Ethan Casab​

A 4-year-old boy with a developmental delay and skin disorder sought support under his NDIS plan and did not get a good provider. His mom, unsatisfied with the previous provider’s service, turned to Legace Care Solutions to find what Ethan needed.

Ethan Casab is a 4years boy who lives at his family home in South-West Sydney. This is his 2nd-year of the NDIS plan. His family was worried as they did not receive any effective support from the previous support provider in the five months of the 1st year of the NDIS plan. Then they were referred to Legacy Care Solutions by one of their family friends.

Ethan was diagnosed with developmental delay and a skin disorder called Epidermolysis Bullosa.

When he was referred to us, we saw the following findings after his initial assessment-

We were then determined to provide Ethan and his family with the right support to ensure that they feel relaxed and trust that we keep our promises to provide the best services.

In the first meeting with Ethan’s parents, Legacy Care Support Coordinator explained how NDIS worked and what services Ethan would receive under his NDIS plan.

Our Support Coordination team confirmed with Ethan’s parents that all the support under his plan will be established within 3 weeks according to his goals and personal preferences.

After the initial meeting, our Support Coordinator contacted with children’s hospital and other stakeholders to collect all his reports and assessments.
